Class cancellation

All cancellations need at least 48-hour notice. If the students/parents cancel the class with less than 48 hours- notice,  students will lose the paid-for class. If a teacher cancels with less than 48-hour notice, the student gets a free class. The agents must inform Kidshappyfeet English regarding the cancellation of the student schedule of classes.

Class length

Every 50 minutes of class includes 40 minutes of live conversation.

Technical issues

Kidshappyfeet English provides English classes online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, experiencing almost no problems! If students have electricity or technical problems from their side, Kidshappyfeet English cannot be responsible if students miss a class or part of a class.

Pricing 

The 50-minute classes are 40 minutes of teaching + 10 minutes of quick quiz and progress report writing. Classes unused within 2 weeks will expire. A 100% refund of unused classes can be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Scheduling 

Teachers/Agents are responsible for checking the student’s schedules of classes. Kidshappfeet English is not responsible for wrong booking times or dates. The agents can pay for and reserve classes anytime 24/7. Students can study with the same teacher at the same time every week. If the teacher is unavailable, the student can select another equally qualified teacher.

Booking

There is no limit on lesson bookings per day as long as you have active time tickets and time slots are available. Time slots are being opened by teachers depending on their availability. If you are registering for a plan and have decided that you do not want to continue with the service, please make sure to contact us. All full unused time tickets for the coming months will be refunded. For succeeding months consumed with one or more than one tickets, no refund will be granted.

General Payment, Reservation, and Cancellation

PayPal allows you to pay with your credit card, however, sometimes the credit card company can charge you a fee for making an international transaction. This fee depends on your bank. (a) Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard for PayPal and Bank Transfer. (b) Lesson/s can be booked up a day before the start time. Cancellations of the class must be done 48 hours before the lesson starts. If a teacher becomes unavailable for a lesson at the scheduled time, the student will receive a refund of the ticket to reschedule their lesson. If a student becomes unavailable for a lesson at the scheduled time and the cancel booking is not executed, a refund of the time ticket will not be granted. Refund 

The full amount of the plans are deducted automatically from your payment method from the date of registration. For example, if you registered a 3-month plan, you need to pay for a complete 3-month plan value same as a 1-month or 6-month plan value. The type of plan cannot be changed because plans have different offers/prices. Time Tickets/Scheduled will be distributed at the beginning of each month during the program. Unused time tickets will not be credited to the next month and are non-refundable.

The registered program can be refunded within 7 days for every start of the month, as long as the student has not taken at least one lesson for the month of refund. Single-time ticket refund is not allowed. A refund is only given for an unused whole month basis. The refund policy is only valid for the first week of every month with full unused time tickets. Refunds are not given if at least a one-time ticket has been consumed for the requested month of refund. All unused tickets every end of the month, whether you have taken the corresponding lessons or not, will not be credited. Refund requests must be made to esl@kidshappyfeet.com.
